The filters in the W2W Twin Filter System should be changed every 6 to 12 months to protect the quality of your drinking water and the refrigeration components in the Water Chiller.

We recommend annual system servicing and sanitisation to protect against bacteria.

You must ensure the under-sink water chiller has adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.

If it is located in an enclosed cupboard, you may need to provide extra ventilation.

How does it work?

The water filter system must be plumbed into your mains water supply and connected to the under-sink refrigerated water chiller.

You must ensure there is adequate ventilation around the chiller to prevent overheating. If your chiller is located in an enclosed cupboard, you may need to provide extra ventilation.

To protect the quality of your drinking water, the filters should be changed every six to 12 months depending on how much water you use and the quality of your source water.

This will protect the internal components of the refrigeration unit, maintain performance and guarantee great-tasting water.
