All installations, repairs and scheduled maintenance visits are carried out in line with Australian safety standards by our in-house team.

We stock and ship replacement water filter cartridges and common spares for all our filtration systems and major brands.
Thanks to our large team of water filtration technicians, we can respond quickly to repair and maintenance requests and most call outs are completed within 24 hours.

Yes. We service all major brands. If your existing systems can be maintained, we will tell you that before recommending replacements. We carry common parts for the brands and models our clients run.
Bore water and remote sources with high dissolved solids or contamination risk need more than a standard carbon filter. We recommend reverse osmosis or specialist filtration treatment including UV disinfection, depending on what is in the water. We assess the source before recommending a filtration system.
