How often should I change water filters?

It is important to replace filters regularly to protect the quality of your drinking water and keep your filtration system working effectively.

Sediment and Carbon filters in twin under-sink filter systems need to be replaced every 6 to 12 months.

The actual frequency depends on how much water you use and the quality of your source water.

Over time, filters get clogged up by the dirt and contaminants they collect, and regular filter replacement is vital.

Our easy-fit replacement Sediment and Carbon CC1 filters keep your drinking water free from herbicides, pesticides, unwanted chemicals and excess copper and heavy metals.

Excess copper can cause nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach pain.

You should see your doctor if you think your copper consumption is too high and a simple blood test will be able to detect the level of copper in your body.

Remember, the level of copper in your system will be affected by what you eat as well as what you drink.
